Yes. The renter needs to be 18 or older; the dress can go to anyone.
How early should we book?
Three weeks before the dance is safe. Popular sizes go first in April and May.
What if it needs alterations?
Rentals cannot be permanently altered. Temporary hemming with fashion tape is fine.
Is there a donation option after prom?
